Made For This is a three month guided training programme built to get you strong, fit, and confident for the mountains, finishing with a real guided summit day that you’ll have genuinely earned.
12 weeks. A structured plan delivered through the app. A private group of women all training alongside you, every single day. And at the end, we meet in the mountains and do it together.
Not a generic fitness plan. Training with a destination.

The summit day
This is what every session, every wall sit, every loaded step-up is building toward.
After 12 weeks of training, the group meets in the mountains for a real guided summit day*. Not a casual walk. A bucket-list moment you’ll have properly prepared for and that’s what makes the difference between a day in the hills and a day you’ll remember for the rest of your life.
*Full summit details confirmed at a later date but will be in the UK

I built Made Wild Adventures because I believe the outdoors is for everyone, and that what stops most women isn’t fitness, or experience, or kit. It’s not having the right way in… Made For This is the way in.
